Hi, I’m Fran.
I used to work in marketing for 15 years and now I'm a certified ADHD Coach.
Having considered a career change into ADHD coaching for a while, a voluntary redundancy forced my hand in the best way possible.
I was in the fortunate position to have lived with Leanne Maskell when she wrote her book "ADHD - an A - Z: Figuring it out step by step" and finally understood the symptoms that I had seen and experienced in family members, friends and co-workers.
Whilst I don't have ADHD myself, my experience with a large number of people with ADHD, my training as a coach as well as my knowledge of the subject allows me to be able to help those who are struggling with their day-to-day demands.
I want to help and guide people working in the creative and marketing industries to challenge their amazing minds to work for them and not against them.
How I work
My Approach
Whilst ADHD coaching requires structure and rigour, I don't want to add to your to-do list and become a chore. My aim is to make every session enjoyable because it should leave you wanting to take on the week ahead being motivated and excited to tick things off your list.
My Experience
I worked in consumer marketing for 15 years, with colleagues across many different areas including strategy, media relations, media buying, social media, product management, product development, creative and more. This is why I specialise in coaching people who have ADHD and work in these capacities. I've got experience in a huge variety of industries and brands, so I'm almost guaranteed to understand the niche challenges you experience in your job day-to-day.
My Coaching
I was trained by ADHD Works which is based on the Executive Functioning Coaching framework™. These are skills that are known to be developmentally delayed in individuals with ADHD. These are also the exact set of skills that are especially important to have when you work in the creative or marketing industry; things such as setting deadlines and meeting them, routines, clear communication, sticking to structure, asking for help and more!
1:1 Sessions
What you should expect from ADHD coaching sessions is someone who holds you accountable, but helps you realise that you’re actually pretty great at what you do because of your ADHD and not despite of it.
Have an agency and need help for your employees?
I can help with this too!
-
...and what makes you tick. It'll also determine the structure of everything moving forward, because sessions will always be tailored to each individual.
-
Sessions will be a judgement free zone, at all times. After all, it's a chat to make you feel understood, seen and supported.
-
Being and staying motivated is hard, but when you've got someone to check up on you and make sure you're not struggling to meet goals, it does become easier.
-
You should be leaving sessions feeling more informed about why you are the way you are, with tangible tools to guide and push you forward.

If you want to drop me an email or arrange a call to discuss any of this, please do!
For transparency my services and pricing page outlines the packages you can choose from. However, our very first call will be a free and noncommittal chat to establish whether you'd like me to help you and how.
Also, did you know that the government funds ADHD coaches like me? My Access to work page tells you how.
